Precautions for maintenance of shredder:

① When inspecting, repairing and maintaining the shredder, the power supply must be cut off and warning signs must be hung.

② Only after the shredder is completely stopped, can the shredder be inspected, maintained and replaced.

③ Visually check the blade every week for damage or tooth breakage.

④ Measure the tool radius and thickness to arrange the best time for tool repair.

⑤ The blades shall be repaired regularly, and the frequency of repair welding varies according to the type of broken garbage. Once the blade is damaged, it must be repaired immediately.

⑥ When the repair fails, replace the blade.

Daily instructions:

1. Before work, the remaining materials in the cutter box that have not been broken shall be broken before shutdown.
