First, we need to disassemble the shredder's
shredding box, and then place it on the flat ground stably to avoid damage to
it.
Next, remove the sealing ring of the cutter box and
disassemble the complete cutter shaft.
Next, you need to find the other end of the cutter
shaft with the belt pulley installed, disassemble the circlip on the shaft, and
use a hammer to hit it gently. After the circlip is disassembled, the cutter
head can be disassembled piece by piece. In case of severe combination between
the blade and the shaft, use a hammer to hit the blade and the wood backing
plate lightly. If it still cannot move, it needs to be disassembled. Find the
damaged blade to replace it, and then install it with the original seal.
Finally, when replacing the blade, be sure to put safety first!
