The stable operation of industrial shredders is inseparable from scientific daily maintenance. Reasonable maintenance can not only extend the service life of equipment but also reduce the incidence of failures and improve production efficiency. Maintenance should follow the principle of "regular inspection, timely maintenance, and replacement as needed", focusing on the wear of core components.
(1)Before starting the machine every day: Check if the blades are loose or worn, and clean the residual materials on the blades; check the lubricating oil level of the motor and reducer, and add it in time if it is insufficient; check if the equipment circuit and switch are normal to ensure no leakage, poor contact, etc.; check if the feed inlet and discharge outlet are unobstructed, and clean the blocked materials.
(2)After shutting down the machine every day: Clean the residual materials inside the equipment to avoid material caking and corrosion of the equipment; check the wear of the blades, and if there are chipping or passivation, grind or replace them in time; check the bearing temperature, and if overheating occurs, check whether it is due to insufficient lubrication or bearing damage; clean the surface of the equipment and do a good job in dust and moisture prevention.
(3)Weekly Maintenance: Check the blade gap and adjust it in time according to the discharge particle size requirements; check the tightness of the drive belt, which will affect the equipment operation if it is too loose or too tight; check if the seals are aging or damaged, and replace them in time to prevent dust and materials from entering the equipment; conduct a comprehensive inspection of the motor and reducer to ensure normal operation.
(1)Monthly Maintenance: Replace the lubricating oil of the motor and reducer, select the appropriate type of lubricating oil to ensure the lubrication effect; comprehensively check the wear of the blades and replace the severely worn blades; check if the equipment frame and base are loose, and tighten the screws in time; check the operation of the feeding device and conveying device, and troubleshoot abnormal noise, jamming and other problems.
(2)Quarterly Maintenance: Fully disassemble and inspect the equipment to clean the dust and debris inside the equipment; check the wear of transmission components such as bearings and gears, and replace worn components in time; check the electrical system, replace aging wires and switches to ensure electrical safety; fully debug the equipment to ensure that all parameters are normal and the discharge particle size meets the standard.
1. Avoid blindly pursuing "large models" during selection. It is necessary to combine the actual processing capacity to avoid waste of production capacity; at the same time, pay attention to the energy consumption and environmental performance of the equipment, which should meet the national industrial environmental protection standards.
2. Strictly follow the equipment manual during maintenance to avoid equipment damage caused by illegal operation; make records for regular maintenance to facilitate tracking the equipment operation status and timely find potential failures.
3. Operators must receive professional training, be familiar with the equipment operation process and maintenance points, and avoid safety accidents and equipment failures caused by misoperation.
4. When the equipment is idle for a long time, clean the internal materials, do a good job in rust and dust prevention, start the equipment regularly, check the operation status, and avoid equipment aging.
