D series double shaft shredder from United Tech Machinery has two rotors built into the machine that rotate at low speeds, high torque and low noise.  With the function of PLC microcomputer control system, it is possible to control automatically start, stop. Automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming.

The Blade shape influence the output particle size:

* The thickness of the Rotor Blade influence the width of the output particle. More thinner of the blade, more narrower of the output particle material.

* The distance of the Rotor blade point influence the length of the output particle. More near distance of the Rotor Blade, ( or the more Blades), more shorter of the output particle material.
